Returns & Exchanges

At SERREMO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your SERREMO account or visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship with Ease

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
